Nach Ihrem Start im Innendienst, lernen Sie Produkte und System kennen, arbeiten an Kleinprojekten mit und erhalten die Möglichkeit, die Verantwortung für Großprojekte zu übernehmen:
- Fachkundige Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden während des gesamten Projektverlaufs
- Technische Bearbeitung und Begleitung von Projekten – von der Anfrage bis zur Umsetzung
- Eigenverantwortliche Auftragsabwicklung inkl. technischer Klärung mit Kunden und Erfassung im ERP-System
- Erstellung und Aufbereitung der Montageunterlagen sowie Dokumentation von Aufträgen und Vereinbarungen
- Abwicklung des Nachtragswesens und Vorbereitung der Abrechnungsunterlagen
- Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Werk, Montage und Kunde – Sie sorgen für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung
