In Ihrer zukünftigen Rolle als Projektleitung, führen Sie spannende Projekte im Bereich elektrotechnische Gebäudeausrüstung durch. Dabei kommt Abwechslung nicht zu kurz, denn Sie betreuen vielseitige Projekte, u.a. auch im Krankenhausbau.
- Schnittstelle: Erste Ansprechperson für interne und externe Stakeholder
- Projektmanagement: Verantwortung für die Abwicklung und technische Ausarbeiten von Projekten
- Umsetzung: Ausarbeitung von technischen Unterlagen, Koordination des Beschaffungsprozesses und Teilnahme an Besprechungen
- Qualitätsmanagement: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Bauleitung und Verantwortung Projektumsetzung
- Dokumentation: Erstellung von Anlagendokumenten und Abrechnungsunterlagen
- Abschluss: Projektübergabe an Endkunden
- Abgeschlossene elektrotechnische Ausbildung (FS/HTL)
- Mehrjährige Projektmanagement-Erfahrung im Bereich Gebäudetechnik
- Idealerweise praktische Erfahrung in den Segmenten Starkstrom und Nachrichtentechnik
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Normen, Vorschriften und Gesetze
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und AutoCAD
