Du willst deine Erfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement für etwas einsetzen, das wirklich Bedeutung hat? In dieser Position leitest du komplexe Softwareprojekte mit klarem Zweck – nämlich einen wichtigen Beitrag zur digitalen Sicherheit Österreichs zu leisten. Du berichtest dabei an die internationale Programmleitung eines etablierten Softwareunternehmens.

Folgende Aufgaben erwarten dich:

Verantwortung für Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung anspruchsvoller IT-Projekte (Time, Budget, Resources)
Technische und organisatorische Ansprechperson für den Kunden – von der Beratung bis zur Umsetzung
Koordination und Führung eines kleinen, hochqualifizierten Teams
Wahl passender Arbeitsmethoden (klassisch oder agil, je nach Projektsituation)
Enge Abstimmung mit internationalen Entwicklungsteams in Europa
Aufbau und Pflege einer vertrauensvollen Kundenbeziehung in einem sicherheitskritischen Umfeld

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement in einem komplexen, regulierten und/oder öffentlichen Umfeld
Idealerweise Projekterfahrung mit der Implementierung fertiger Softwareprodukte in komplexe IT-Architekturen
Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Vorerfahrung in der Führung eines kleinen Teams
Zertifizierungen wie PMI, PRINCE2, IPMA, Scrum oder ITIL von Vorteil
Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift ist erforderlich
Freude an Kundenkontakt und Reisetätigkeit von 15% (vorrangig in Österreich, teilweise international)
