Planungsverantwortung für das themenübergreifende Instandhaltungsmanagement von Straßen und Kunstbauten
Konzeptionierung der Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen; Festlegen des Maßnahmenumfangs und des Zeitpunkts der Umsetzung
Koordination der Planung, Ausschreibung, Vergabe und Übernehmen der Bauherrnkontrolle während der Umsetzung inkl. des nachlaufenden Mangelmanagements.
Mitarbeit in einem kleinen, effizienten Team mit fachlich vielfältigen Kompetenzen sowie der Möglichkeit zur Übernahme von Führungsverantwortung.
Aktive Mitgestaltung des Qualitätsmanagements des Unternehmens

Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL/FH/TU) im Bereich Bautechnik, Bauingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
Mehrjährige einschlägige Erfahrung optimalerweise im weiteren Sinne eine Kombination aus Ausführung, ÖBA und Projektleitung
Eigenständiges Arbeiten, Teamgeist und Organisationsfähigkeit
Interesse an langfristigen Projekten sowie hohe Genauigkeit in Projektvorbereitung, Dokumentation und Detailarbeit
Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Niveau: C1)
Führerschein der Klasse B, Flexibilität und Qualitätsbewusstsein
