- Optimieren von MSR-Systemen: Auswählen geeigneter Komponenten, Konzeptionieren von Schaltungen und Erstellen der technischen Dokumentationen
- Schnittstelle zwischen Technik & Projektmanagement: Enges Zusammenarbeiten mit internen Teams, externen Partnern und Kunden zum Abstimmen technischer Details
- Regelkonformität sicherstellen: Überprüfen und Umsetzen technischer Normen sowie gesetzlicher Anforderungen
- Datenbasiertes Planen: Erstellen von Kabellisten, Schaltplänen und Funktionsbeschreibungen zum systematischen Umsetzen von Steuerungskonzepten
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, FH) im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Mechatronik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Erste Berufserfahrung in der Planung, Umsetzung oder Instandsetzung von MSR-Technik, idealerweise in der Gebäudetechnik
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Steuerungsprozesse zu verstehen und in praktikable Lösungen zu übersetzen
- Grundkenntnisse in Heizungs-, Lüftungs- und Klimatechnik (HLK) sind ein Plus
- Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke
- Führerschein Klasse B für mögliche Kundentermine oder externe Projekteinsätze
