  • Prozessmanagement: Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und Implementierung von Prozessen gemäß relevanter Normen (z. B. ISO 9001) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern
  • Prozesssicherheit: Durchführung von Maßnahmen zur Sicherstellung sicherer Abläufe für Mitarbeitende
  • Audits: Planung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung interner und externer Audits
  • CE-Konformität: Sicherstellung der gesetzlichen Anforderungen für Eigen- und Fremdprodukte
  • Product Compliance: Koordination der Umsetzung gesetzlicher Vorgaben (z. B. CRA, NIS2)
  • Marktüberwachung: Beobachtung von Produkten im Feld sowie Durchführung von Risikobewertungen und Maßnahmen
  • Reklamationsmanagement: Steuerung des Reklamationsprozesses inkl. Fehleranalyse und Ableitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Prozess-, Qualitäts- und/oder Compliance Management, idealerweise in einem technologie- oder produktionsnahen Umfeld
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit CE-Kennzeichnung, Product Compliance sowie regulatorischen Anforderungen, wie CRA, NIS2
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27000 sowie weiteren gängigen Normen und Standards
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Technologien, wie Jira, Confluence, Navision
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
