- Leitung des Tester-Teams innerhalb der Entwicklungsabteilung
- Reporting an den Head of Development und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Product Team zur Qualitätsoptimierung und Prozessverbesserung
- Festlegung der notwendigen Tests entsprechend den Projekten und den Schwerpunkten der Umsetzung
- Testplanung und Teststrategie
- Bearbeitung komplexer Testszenarien
- Ständige Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung der Testqualität in der Abteilung
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung HTL/FH/Uni und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Software Testing, besonders mit Test-Automatisierung und komplexen Testumgebungen
- Kenntnisse mit Testautomatisierungsframeworks, bestenfalls Tosca
- Idealerweise ISTQB-Zertifizierung und Erfahrung mit Jira, Confluence
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Eigeninitiative
- Fähigkeit ein Team zu motivieren und zielgerichtet zu führen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Moderner Teamaufbau sowie Lead des QA-Teams
