Sie betreuen die Bio-Marke einer bekannten Supermarktkette qualitätsseitig und übernehmen dabei folgende Aufgaben:

Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätsstandards für das Gütesiegel
Sensorische Qualitätsprüfungen der Produkte
Durchführung von Audits bei Verarbeitungsbetrieben
Entwicklung von Korrekturmaßnahmen gemeinsam mit den Partnerbetrieben
Überwachung der Maßnahmenumsetzung

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Biotechnologie, Lebensmitteltechnologie, LM-Management o. Ä.
Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im QS/QM-Umfeld bzw. in der Lebensmittelanalytik
Erfahrung im Bereich der Milchtechnologie
Verantwortungsbewusste und kommunikative Persönlichkeit, sowie eigenständiger und strukturierter Arbeitsstil
Reisebereitschaft: ca. 25% (österreichweit)
