Unser Kunde ist ein führender Anbieter im Bereich Hörfunk und Medien, bekannt für sein vielseitiges Programm und ansprechende Werbelösungen. Er bietet maßgeschneiderte Werbekonzepte, die ihre Kunden begeistern und deren Marken erfolgreich positionieren.

Für diese spannende Position im Bereich Radiowerbung suchen wir 3 Sales Manager (w/m/x) für folgende Regionen: Wien (Büro 1090), OÖ (Büro im Zentrum von Linz) und NÖ (Homeoffice oder Büro Wien).

Hier kannst du sowohl dein Verkaufsgeschick als auch deine Kreativität unter Beweis stellen. Du kümmerst dich um mittelständische Unternehmen und begleitest diese vom Erstgespräch bis zur fertigen Ausstrahlung. Insgesamt setzt sich deine Rolle aus folgenden Aufgaben zusammen:

Neugewinnung von Kunden innerhalb des Vertriebsgebiets (circa 70%); selektiertes Kundenpotential vorhanden
Betreuung von Bestandskunden
Beratung hinsichtlich kundenindividueller Werbezeiten und Sonderwerbeformen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Telesales (Unterstützung bei der Terminkoordination) sowie mit dem externen Produktionsstudio

Neben deiner Kommunikationsstärke, Proaktivität sowie ausgeprägten Verkaufsorientierung stichst du durch deine überzeugende Persönlichkeit hervor. Zudem bringst du folgendes mit:

Vertriebserfahrung im Innen- oder Außendienst
Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse
Führerschein der Klasse B sowie Reisebereitschaft für Tagesreisen innerhalb des Vertriebsgebiets
Starkes Interesse an Medien und Werbung sowie die Fähigkeit, dafür zu begeistern
Leistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Zug zum Tor

Das monatliche Fixgehalt liegt bei 2.000 Euro brutto bei 40h/Woche. Ergänzend bietet diese Position ein Provisionsmodell, welches sich am erzielten Umsatz orientiert und in Summe eine attraktive Gesamtvergütung ermöglicht. In den ersten 3 Monaten gibt es einen Vertrauensvorschuss und du erhältst eine Fixprovision. Die Höhe richtet sich nach deiner Qualifikation und Vorerfahrung.
