Durchführung von Analysen und Optimierung der modulspezifischen Geschäftsprozesse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Key Usern.

Konzeption, Implementierung und Test von Lösungen innerhalb der entsprechenden SAP-Module, sowohl im Bereich Customizing als auch in der Entwicklung.

Durchführung von Schulungen für Key-User und Endanwender, um eine effektive Nutzung der SAP-Lösungen zu gewährleisten.
Sie verfügen über Erfahrung in mindestens einem der SAP-Module FI, CO, FS-ICM und FS-CD und zeichnen sich durch eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung aus. Idealerweise bringen Sie Erfahrungen im IT-Support oder IT-Kundenservice mit. Ihre Fähigkeiten im Detail:
• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung
• Technisches und funktionales Verständnis sowie Beratungskompetenz in mindestens einem der genannten Module
