- CNC-Fertigung im Griff: Sie übernehmen das Bedienen, Einrichten und Rüsten unserer CNC-Dreh- und Fräsmaschinen – präzise, effizient und eigenverantwortlich.
- Prozesssteuerung & Qualität: Sie behalten den Überblick über den Produktionsprozess, nehmen Optimierungen vor und stellen die Produktqualität sicher.
- Führung mit Verantwortung: Sie leiten ein Team im Schichtbetrieb, koordinieren Abläufe und sorgen für ein motiviertes, leistungsfähiges Arbeitsumfeld.
- Sicherheit & Ordnung: Sie achten auf die konsequente Umsetzung von Sicherheits- und Arbeitsschutzrichtlinien und tragen zu einem strukturierten Arbeitsumfeld bei.
- Technische Unterstützung: Bei Störungen und Instandhaltungen wirken Sie aktiv mit, analysieren Ursachen und helfen, die Anlagenverfügbarkeit zu sichern.
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Zerspanungstechnik oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der CNC-Zerspanung, idealerweise im Mikrometerbereich
- Kenntnisse in Steuerungen wie Heidenhain, Mazatrol oder Fanuc sind von Vorteil
- Präzise Arbeitsweise, Eigenverantwortung und Zuverlässigkeit
- Führungskompetenz sowie hohes Bewusstsein für Qualität und Prozesssicherheit
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (ab Level C1)
