Insgesamt 8 Scrum-Teams arbeiten an der Umsetzung eines großen Teils des IT-Strategie-Programms deines neuen Arbeitgebers. Du übernimmst je nach persönlichem Match 2 bis 3 Teams als Scrum Master.

Du entwickelst, coacht und unterstützt deine (verteilten) Teams mithilfe des Scrum-Frameworks
Du moderierst Scrum-Meetings und führst Retrospektiven durch
Du erkennst Konflikte schon frühzeitig und arbeitest mit dem Team an einer Lösung
Du bist Vorbild und lebst die selbstorganisierte und agile Arbeitsweise vor und vermittelst Prinzipien sowie methodisches Know-How

Erfahrung als Scrum Master
Hohe IT-Affinität
SAFe-Kenntnisse sowie Scrum-Zertifizierungen von Vorteil
Erfahrung im Versicherungs- oder Bankenwesen ist ein Plus

Die Scrum-Teams, mit denen du zukünftig arbeiten wirst, sind in eine große Organisation eingebettet, die bereits langjährige Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden hat. Die Bedeutung des Scrum Masters wird hier sehr großgeschrieben und du kannst dich mit deinen KollegInnen in den internen Scrum-Communities und anderen Formaten austauschen und so immer tiefer in die Materie eintauchen oder deine Best-Practices aktiv weitergeben.
