- Konzeption und Durchführung von Schulungen und Trainings zu Vergütungsthemen
- Erarbeitung von Vergütungsrichtlinien, Governance-Strukturen und Kommunikationsmaterialien
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit HR Kolleg:innen und internen Schnittstellen
- Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt HR oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vergütungs- und Benefit-Programmen
- Fundiertes Know-how in den Bereichen Benchmarking, Job Grading, Vergütungssysteme und Governancen-Strukturen
- Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch
- Versierter Umgang mit MS Office (speziell Excel) sowie hohe technologische Affinität
