Als Senior Finance Manager:in übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle direkt unter der Geschäftsführung und managen mit Ihrer Expertise die Finanzen und das Controlling mit folgenden Tasks:
- Verantwortung des Finanzbereichs mit Schwerpunkt Controlling (Kosten-, Personal- sowie Erfolgscontrolling), inklusive der operativen und strategischen Finanzplanung
- Führung und Entwicklung eines 3-köpfigen Teams (Buchhaltung & Office Management/HR)
- Direkte Berichterstattung an die Geschäftsführung
- Erstellung und Analyse von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie von Ad-hoc-Reports
- Budgetierung, Forecasting und Cashflow-Management
- Entwicklung und Optimierung von Controlling-Prozessen und KPIs zur Effizienzsteigerung
- Analyse und Bewertung von Geschäftszahlen sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen für das Management
- Ansprechpartner:in für Wirtschaftsprüfung, Steuerberatung und Banken
- Abgeschlossenes kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen/Controlling
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanzbereich (Controlling & Rechnungswesen)
