Sie übernehmen die Leitung anspruchsvoller und prestigeträchtiger Großprojekte im Bereich Brandschutzanlagen mit Fokus auf Steuerungs- bzw. Regelungstechnik (Fire Safety). In dieser Schlüsselrolle verantworten Sie Projekte mit Volumina bis zu € 25 Mio. – vom Kick-off bis zur erfolgreichen Übergabe.

Sie koordinieren externe und interne Stakeholder, führen Subunternehmen und Gewerke, vertreten die Projektinteressen gegenüber Kunden, Planern und Behörden und behalten stets die Übersicht – technisch wie kaufmännisch. Ihr Know-how ist gefragt: beim Claim Management, bei Baubesprechungen, in der Vertragsprüfung sowie bei komplexen technischen Fragestellungen.

Technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Uni)
Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung von technischen Anlagenprojekten, idealerweise im Bereich Brandschutz, TGA oder Gebäudeautomation
Tiefe Kenntnisse in der Steuerungs-/Regelungstechnik oder Fire Safety
Erfahrung im Umgang mit komplexen Projektstrukturen, Verträgen und Stakeholdern
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Lösungsorientierung
Idealerweise bringen Sie Branchenerfahrung aus namhaften Systemhäusern oder Anbietern intelligenter Gebäudeautomation und sicherheitstechnischer Gesamtlösungen mit
