In dieser Position unterstützen Sie dabei, die IT-Services kontinuierlich zu optimieren und bestehende Prozesse auf der ServiceNow-Plattform weiterzuentwickeln. Sie arbeiten eng mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Partnern zusammen, um IT-Servicedienstleistungen effizient und nachhaltig zu gestalten.
Sie verstehen, wie Prozesse ineinandergreifen und wie sie mithilfe von ServiceNow technisch umgesetzt werden können. Dabei übernehmen Sie in Projekten Teil- bis Vollverantwortung.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben zählen insbesondere:
- Beratung bei der Analyse, Gestaltung und Optimierung von IT Service Management-Prozessen
- Entwicklung individueller Handlungsempfehlungen und Best Practices auf Basis von ServiceNow
