In dieser zentralen Führungsposition übernehmen Sie die Leitung des Bereichs After-Sales in einem traditionellen Sondermaschinenbauunternehmen. Ihre Aufgaben im Überblick:

Fachliche & disziplinarische Führung der Teams (technischer und kaufmännischer Innendienst sowie Außendiensttechniker)
Gesamtverantwortung für Eskalations- und Lösungsmanagement
Budget- und Investitionsplanung inklusive strategischer Weiterentwicklung des After-Sales (Vertriebsagenden)
Schnittstelle zu internationalen Partnern und internen Bereichen

Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung & fundiertes kaufmännisches Verständnis
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im internationalen After-Sales-Umfeld
Führungsstärke und Branchenkenntnisse im Maschinenbau
