Als Servicetechniker (w/m/x) rockst du den technischen Gebäudebetrieb und bist der:die Retter:in in der Not für die Kund:innen. Wenn es mal knifflig wird, bist du der:die erste Ansprechpartner:in! Deine Superkräfte vor Ort:
- Technik-Boss: Störungsbehebungen, Wartungen, Reparaturen und Instandhaltungsarbeiten von MSR-Anlagen? Kein Problem für dich!
- Alarm-Guru: Sei bereit für den Einsatz, wenn es darauf ankommt.
- Detektiv:in: Du spürst Gewährleistungsmängel auf und dokumentierst diese standardgemäß.
- Koordinations-Genie: Organisieren und überwachen von Drittanbieter:innen.
- Multitalent: Organisatorische und allgemeine Aufgaben zur Vertragserfüllung erledigst du im Handumdrehen.
- Du bringst eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre, FS, HTL, FH) im Bereich Elektro-, Automatisierungstechnik oder Mechatronik mit.
- Idealerweise mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Servicetechniker sowie Kenntnisse in der Gebäude- oder HKLS-Technik.
