  • Verantwortlich für die Koordination und Durchführung von Fehleranalysen und -behebungen
  • Planung, Test und Durchführung von Softwareupgrades im Live-Betrieb
  • Planung und technische Umsetzung von Änderungen und Erweiterungen an bestehenden Systemen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei laufenden Produktverbesserungen für unsere Kunden
  • Ansprechpartner für Kunden auf 2nd und 3rd Level Support/Vendor Support Ebene
  • Effektive Koordination von Entwicklungslieferungen der Produktentwicklung
  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung im System Engineering
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Active Directory, Windows Server, Virtualisierungslösungen und Netzwerktechnik
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse
