- Betreuung der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur im Rechenzentrum (u.a. Installationen auf Citrix und Firewalls)
- Technische Umsetzung von spannenden Kundenprojekten (vorrangig remote)
- Monitoring der Funktionalität sowie proaktive Optimierung der Systeminfrastruktur
- 3rd Level Support (vorrangig softwareseitig) sowie die Kommunikation zu Kunden
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (Lehre/FS/HTL) und/oder Berufserfahrung in der IT-Infrastruktur im Windows-Umfeld
- Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Server, Virtualisierungen sowie Netzwerktechnik
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von Vorteil
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
