In Ihrer Rolle als Team Lead eines kleinen aber feinen Software-Development-Teams sind Ihre Aufgaben vielfältig, wegweisend sowie herausfordernd:
- Leitung und Weiterentwicklung eines Sub-Teams: Sie führen ein Softwareentwicklungsteam, fördern deren berufliche Weiterentwicklung und sorgen für ein inspirierendes Arbeitsumfeld.
- Aktive Mitarbeit an Projekten: Sie sind nicht Manager:in, sondern auch Macher:in. Ihre Expertise fließt in die Konzeption, das Design und die Entwicklung von Web- und Backendservices ein.
