- Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung einer bestehenden Mobile App mit Fokus auf Flutter & Node.js
- Führung des Entwicklerteams inkl. Delegation, Aufwandsschätzung, Prozessgestaltung und Priorisierung
- Analyse von Anforderungen sowie Konzeption und Umsetzung von Architektur, Systemen und Datenmodellen
