In dieser herausfordernden Schlüsselposition leiten Sie ein hochqualifiziertes Spezialisten-Team, welches auf besonders komplexe und außergewöhnliche Projekte im Bereich Brandschutzanlagen und Gebäudeautomation spezialisiert ist. Sie übernehmen die fachliche und organisatorische Führung Ihrer „Special Task Force“ und sind erste Ansprechperson bei Projekten mit besonderem Schwierigkeitsgrad, hohem technischen Anspruch oder strategischer Bedeutung.

Dabei agieren Sie als Sparringspartner für das Management, bringen Ihr Know-how in die Angebots- und Konzeptphase ein und steuern aktiv die Umsetzung – sowohl intern als auch extern. Ihr Verantwortungsbereich reicht von der Projektstrategie über die Teamsteuerung bis zur technischen und wirtschaftlichen Ergebnisverantwortung. Sie führen Stakeholder, moderieren kritische Schnittstellen, erkennen Risiken frühzeitig und bringen Projekte sicher ins Ziel – mit Weitblick, Leadership und technischer Tiefe.

Sie verfügen über fundierte Erfahrung in der Projektleitung komplexer technischer Anlagen – idealerweise im Bereich Brandschutz, Gebäudeautomation oder TGA – und haben bereits Teams geführt oder fachlich angeleitet. Ihr technisches Verständnis ist ebenso tief wie breit, Ihre Kommunikationsstärke ausgeprägt. Sie sind ein Organisationstalent, das es versteht, Teams zu motivieren, Strukturen zu schaffen und auch unter hoher Last souverän zu bleiben. Erfahrung aus branchentypischen Unternehmen – z.B. Anbietern komplexer Gebäudeautomationslösungen oder sicherheitstechnischer Gesamtsysteme – ist von Vorteil.
