Du übernimmst die Führung eines spezialisierten Teams und setzt strategische Schwerpunkte in Preisgestaltung, Qualitätssicherung und Prozessoptimierung. Dabei agierst du als Bindeglied zwischen dem Hauptkunden, Partnern sowie internen Fachbereichen und sorgst dafür, dass komplexe Anforderungen effizient umgesetzt werden. Deine Aufgaben im Detail:

Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Pricing- und Quality-Teams (2 Personen)
Steuerung von Tender-Prozessen (Haupt- und Vorlauf) inkl. Preisverhandlungen und Implementierung im TMS
Erste Eskalationsstufe für Kunden- und Partneranfragen im Bereich Pricing & Quality
Entwicklung und Einführung neuer Transportlösungen in Abstimmung mit Partnern und internen Abteilungen
Analyse von Markttrends sowie Ableitung und Aufbereitung relevanter Chancen und Risiken
Dokumentation und Sicherung von Wissen, Prozessen und Qualitätsstandards
Überwachung des First-Level-Supports sowie Identifikation von Schulungs- und Optimierungspotenzialen

Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Seefracht-Logistik (Spedition oder Reederei)
Fundierte Kenntnisse von Tender-Prozessen in der Seefracht, optional auch im Bereich von Bahntransporten
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, analytische Fähigkeiten (Excel) und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
