Als erfahrener Teamleiter übernimmst du nicht nur die fachliche und organisatorische Führung eines hochmotivierten Teilteams, sondern bist auch die treibende Kraft bei anspruchsvollen IT-Kundenprojekten.

Führung, Organisation und Weiterentwicklung eines Allrounder-Teams inklusive Ressourcen- und Ablaufplanung
Verantwortung für Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung anspruchsvoller IT-Kundenprojekte
Koordination und Eskalationsmanagement im 2nd/3rd Level Support
Installation, Administration und Support komplexer Server-, Netzwerk- und Security-Lösungen (Microsoft-Umfeld)
Sicherstellung der Dokumentation und kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung

Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Senior System Engineer oder Administrator mit Führungserfahrung
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Firewall-, Netzwerk-Systemen, Windows Server/Client und Microsoft 365
Starke Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
