Es wartet eine herausfordernde Aufgabe mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum auf dich:
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des kompetenten 3-köpfigen Buchhaltungsteams
- Verantwortung sämtlicher Accounting- und Steuerthemen für vier Gesellschaften im DACH-Raum sowie einer Gesellschaft in Asien
- Unterstützung bei bzw. finale Kontrolle von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach UGB und IFRS
- Schnittstelle und Ansprechperson für Steuerberatung, Wirtschaftsprüfung und Banken
- Tätigkeiten im Bereich Treasury (Zahlungsverkehr, Cash-Forecast, Cash-Pooling)
- Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung von internen Prozessen sowie Mitwirkung an globalen strategischen Projekten (z.B. bei M&A)
- Abgeschlossene akademische Ausbildung im Bereich Finance/Accounting
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bilanzbuchhaltung inhouse oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion in der Steuerberatung oder Wirtschaftsprüfung
- Führungserfahrung von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
- Gute IFRS-Kenntnisse
- Ausgezeichnetes Deutsch und Englisch
- Praxis im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen sowie generell hohe digitale Affinität
