who will take an active, hands-on role in testing, evaluating, and optimizing our Smart TV product lineup. This role is perfect for those who want to directly engage with the technology—personally testing hardware, firmware, and software features—while working with suppliers, engineers, and R&D teams to enhance product performance.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Product Development & Optimization: Oversee the full TV product lifecycle, ensuring high quality, industry compliance, and market competitiveness.
  • Hands-On Testing & Validation: Personally test and evaluate TV features, firmware updates, software stability, picture quality, sound performance, and UI/UX to ensure best-in-class performance.
  • Firmware & Feature Validation: Validate and fine-tune HDR, Dolby Vision, HDMI/CEC, audio codecs, and connectivity standards through direct testing and assessment.
  • Supplier & Partner Collaboration: Work closely with TV manufacturers, component suppliers, and technology partners to ensure timely product releases and optimal performance.
  • Innovation & Market Strategy: Define and implement key Smart TV technologies such as OLED, QLED, Mini-LED, HD/4K/8K resolution, gaming optimization, and AI-based upscaling, while staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Customer-Centric Testing & Development: Gather, analyze, and integrate real consumer feedback to improve product features, usability, and overall user experience.
  • Technical Documentation & Issue Resolution: Provide detailed test reports, product specifications, and troubleshooting insights for marketing, R&D, and customer service teams.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in TV product management, product testing, or quality assurance in the consumer electronics industry.
  • Strong technical expertise in TV panel technologies (LCD, OLED, Mini-LED, QLED), Smart TV OS (Android TV, Linux-based systems), and display performance tuning.
  • Experience with hands-on testing of firmware, codec integration (H.265, AV1, Dolby Atmos), HDMI/CEC standards, and debugging tools.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical mindset with a passion for hands-on product optimization and testing.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with engineers, suppliers, and marketing teams while conducting independent product testing.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., German) are a plus.
