- Durchführung von manuellem und automatisiertem Testing für Finanzprodukte zur Sicherstellung hoher Qualität
- Eigenverantwortliche Verbesserung und Weiterentwicklung der Testprozesse
- Aufbau und mittelfristige Führung einer eigenen Testabteilung möglich
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Software-Developern, die ebenfalls Tests übernehmen
- Erstellung und Pflege von Testcases sowie Dokumentationen
- Einführung einer pragmatischen Testautomatisierung mit einfachen, effektiven Tools
- Aktive Beteiligung am gesamten Produktlebenszyklus
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Software Tester, idealerweise mit Begleitung von Produktlaunches
- Erste Berührungspunkte mit automatisierten Testing und Testmanagement (Erstellen von Testcases)
- Pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Lernbereitschaft und Interesse, sich intensiv in das Produkt einzuarbeiten
