- Entwicklung und Validierung von User Journeys, Wireframes und klickbaren Prototypen
- Aufbau und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung eines modularen Designsystems
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Frontend – für eine reibungslose Übergabe und saubere Umsetzung
- Durchführung von Usability-Tests, Nutzerinterviews und iterativen Designprozessen
- Berufserfahrung im UI/UX Design – idealerweise im Kontext digitaler Plattformen
- Starkes Gespür für Design, Typografie, visuelle Hierarchie und Interaktion
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Abläufe in klare, intuitive Interfaces zu übersetzen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Figma, optional auch Sketch, AdobeXD oder Adobe Creative Cloud sowie Grundlagen in HTML & CSS
