Betreuung und Unterstützung von Bestandskunden innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe
Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten sowie bei der Verrechnung
Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kundendaten im CRM-/ERP-System
Recherchen zu nationalen und internationalen Beteiligungen und deren Marktpotenzial
Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Vertriebsaktionen, Präsentationen und Reportings
Erstellung und Prüfung von Vertragsdokumenten
Dokumentationsmanagement und gelegentliche Behördengänge (z. B. BMF)
Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben entlang des Vertriebsprozesses

Laufendes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Kommunikation, Marketing o Ä.
Erste praktische Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung: im Vertrieb, Customer Success, der Gastronomie, dem Einzelhandel oder einem anderen serviceorientierten Bereich
Gekonnter Umgang mit MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Organisationstalent mit strukturierter und selbstständiger Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Kommunikativ und teamorientiert – auch in stressigen Situationen bleibst du souverän
