In dieser neu geschaffenen Position starten Sie im Projektmanagement und übernehmen nach ca. 6 Monaten die Leitung der Technikabteilung. Folgende Aufgaben warten auf Sie:

Führung & Personalentwicklung: Fachliche, organisatorische und disziplinarische Leitung der Technikabteilung sowie Sicherstellung von Onboarding und Qualifizierung
Kapazitäts- & Risikomanagement: Planung von Auslastung und Ressourcen sowie Durchführung von Risikoanalysen und Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen
Prozess- & Qualitätssteuerung: Entwicklung, Überwachung und Optimierung technischer Kennzahlen und Abläufe
Technische Verantwortung: Betreuung technischer Stammdaten, Bewertung von Änderungen, Auswahl von Maschinen sowie operative Unterstützung
Schnittstellen- & Eskalationsfunktion: Technischer Ansprechpartner für Kunden und interne Abteilungen sowie Übernahme der Eskalation bei komplexen Themen

Technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Uni) im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mechatronik o. Ä.
Berufserfahrung in der Kleinserienfertigung (z. B. Maschinenbau), idealerweise in einem wachsenden mittelständischen Unternehmen
Führungserfahrung oder mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Projektleitung mit lateraler Verantwortung
Breites technisches Verständnis (z. B. Konstruktion, Schweiß- und Zerspanungstechnik)
Persönlichkeit: Eigenmotivation, Zielstrebigkeit und die Fähigkeit, klar und wertschätzend zu kommunizieren
Sprachen: sehr gute Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Reisebereitschaft: ca. 40%
