- Aktive Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der agilen Prozesse innerhalb des Unternehmens.
- Coaching und Unterstützung interner Initiativen sowie als Sparringpartner für Teams.
- Förderung agiler Praktiken durch regelmäßige Reflexionen und konstruktiven Austausch, um Hindernisse zu identifizieren und Lösungen zu entwickeln.
- Unterstützung von 2 - 3 Teams bei der Entwicklung einer lösungsorientierten Herangehensweise und der Teilnahme an deren Weekly-Meetings.
Um die Rolle meistern zu können bringst du folgende Kenntnisse mit:
- Mehrjährige, praktische Berufserfahrung als Agile Coach oder Scrum Master
- Fundiertes Wissen über agile Methoden (Scrum, Kanban oder SAFe) und deren Vermittlung an Teams
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Fingerspitzengefühl für klare, transparente Kommunikation.
- Sehr gute Englisch- und gute Deutschkenntnisse.
