Erstellung von Managementberichten, Dashboards und Ad-hoc-Analysen – unter anderem mit Power BI
Analyse der Geschäftsentwicklung und relevanter Performance-Treiber zur Entwicklung strategischer Handlungsempfehlungen
Identifizierung von Risiken sowie Ermittlung von Optimierungs- und Effizienzpotenzialen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen
Unterstützung bei Szenarioanalysen, Forecasts sowie bei Budgetierungs- und Planungsprozessen
Aktive Mitgestaltung von Controlling- und Reportingprozessen sowie bei der Implementierung neuer Tools

Abgeschlossenes Studium oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Controlling/Finanzen
Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Finanzcontrolling
Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken mit Blick für das große Ganze und einem Gespür für relevante Kennzahlen
Versierter Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel & PowerPoint), idealerweise Erfahrung mit Power BI, SAP oder ähnlichen Tools
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
