- Kundenkontakt & Terminmanagement: Sie sind die erste Ansprechperson für Kundenanfragen und koordinieren Serviceeinsätze sowie Wartungstermine
- Einsatzplanung: Organisieren und Steuern der Servicetechniker:innen unter Berücksichtigung von Verfügbarkeiten und Prioritäten
- Materialverwaltung: Bestellen von Ersatzteilen und Verbrauchsmaterialien zum Sicherstellen reibungsloser Abläufe
- Vertragsmanagement: Administration von Service- und Wartungsverträgen sowie Pflegen der entsprechenden Daten im System
- Angebots- und Rechnungsmanagement: Erstellen und Nachverfolen von Angeboten sowie Unterstützen bei der Abrechnung von Wartungs- und Serviceeinsätzen
- Berichtswesen: Erstellen von Statistiken und Auswertungen zur Optimierung der Serviceprozesse
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position; technischer Background nice-to-have, allerdings keine Voraussetzung
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Begeisterung für die Gebäudetechnik oder verwandte Bereiche
- Gute MS-Office Anwender-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel, Word) sowie Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen
