Eingebettet in ein kleines Team übernimmst du bei unserem Auftraggeber nach einer fundierten Einarbeitung folgende Tätigkeiten:
- Mitwirkung bei der Budgeterstellung und rollierenden Forecasts für die österreichische Unternehmenseinheit
- Erstellung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen, Abweichungsanalysen und KPIs zur Steuerung der Geschäftsentwicklung
- Monatsreporting und Managementberichterstattung an die lokale Geschäftsführung sowie an Group Finance
- Berechnung von Business Cases (z. B. Marktpotenziale, Investitionsentscheidungen)
- Unterstützung bei Abschlussarbeiten und Ansprechpartner:in für die Wirtschaftsprüfung in Planungsfragen
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Wirtschaftsstudium, HAK/HLW)
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich FP&A, Controlling oder Reporting – idealerweise in einem dynamischen, wachstumsstarken Unternehmen
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englisch-Skills
- Sicherer Umgang mit Excel, hohe IT-Affinität und Offenheit für neue Tools
