- Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer ganzheitlichen People & Culture Strategie - datengestützt, mit Fokus auf Mitarbeiterfeedback und Unternehmenskultur
- Führung des österreichischen P&C-Teams, inklusive 1:1s, Entwicklungsgesprächen und Konfliktlösungstalks
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem lokalen Management, dem globalen P&C-Team und dem Betriebsrat
- Steuerung und effektive Kommunikation von Veränderungsprozessen (z.B. Fusionen, Übernahmen, Umstrukturierungen)
- Unterstützung bei der Einführung eines neuen Recruiting-Tools sowie arbeitsrechtliche Beratung für den österreichischen Standort
- Mehrjährige HR-Erfahrung, idealerweise mit Führungsverantwortung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im österreichischen Arbeitsrecht + Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsräten
