- Begleitung von Recruitingprozessen in Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften und Talent Acquisition
- Bearbeitung arbeitsrechtlicher Anfragen der Mitarbeitenden sowie Themen rund um HR-Policies, Company Car, Verträge, etc.
- Administrative Tätigkeiten im Hinblick auf die digitale Personalakte, On- und Offboarding sowie Erstellung diverser Dokumente
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat und dem HR Shared Service Center
- Mitwirkung bei weiteren HR-Prozessen und Projekten
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
- Gute Arbeitsrechtskenntnisse
- Versierter Umgang mit MS Office
- Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch
- Vielfältiges Aufgabengebiet
