- Unterstützung der Führungskräfte bei Recruitingprozessen und in der Personalentwicklung
- Mitwirkung bei der Einführung eines neuen HR-Tools sowie bei weiteren HR-Projekten
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, Studium o.ä.)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion im HR-Bereich
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse im österreichischen Arbeitsrecht
- Versierter Umgang mit MS Office und HR-Tools (idealerweise SAP SuccessFactors)
- Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch
- Teamplayer:in mit hoher Serviceorientierung und interkultureller Kompetenz
