- Ansprechperson für arbeitsrechtliche Anfragen
- Vorbereitende Tätigkeiten für die Gehaltsabrechnung
- Schnittstelle zum externen Payroll-Anbieter sowie zu Behörden, Krankenkassen und Lieferanten
- Betreuung des Zeiterfassungssystems
- Digitalisierung von Prozessen, Dokumentation und Reporting
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse des österreichischen Arbeitsrechts (abgeschlossener AR- und PV-Kurs von Vorteil)
- Erfahrung mit HR-Tools im Bereich Zeiterfassung, Lohnverrechnung, etc.
