Als Teil der vorstandsnahen Strategie- und Transformations-Beratungseinheit nimmst du in der Organisation eine federführende Mitgestaltungsrolle ein:

Du wirkst an der Entwicklung und Implementierung der jährlichen Geschäftsstrategie mit
Du übernimmst die Leitung von Strategieprojekten in Themenfeldern wie ESG, Nachhaltigkeit oder DORA inkl. Steuerung crossfunktionaler Expert:innenteams
Mit einem fundierten Toolset an Analyse- und Entscheidungsinstrumenten zeigst du Potentiale zur Effizienzsteigerung auf, strukturierst und priorisierst Themenblöcke, bringst diese in die Umsetzung und ermittelst deren Wirksamkeit durch entsprechendes Maßnahmenmonitoring

Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der externen Strategieberatung in einem Beratungsunternehmen mit einschlägiger Spezialisierung in diesem Bereich
Sehr guter Studienabschluss einer führenden Universität mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Fokus
Ausgeprägte Analyse-, Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten auf Senior Level
Arbeitserfahrung im internationalen Kontext oder Ausland gewünscht
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Für die Position ist ein Jahresbruttozielgehalt ab 85.000,- EUR vorgesehen. Abhängig von beruflicher Vorerfahrung und Passung zum Wunschprofil besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
