Schwerpunkte des Unternehmens sind Dienstleistungen in den Bereichen Generalplanung und Projektmanagement, statisch-konstruktive Planung, Projektsteuerung, begleitende Kontrolle, statisch-konstruktive Prüfung, Forschung und Bauüberwachung. Zur Verstärkung in einem überaus bekannten und umfangreichen Bauprojekt in München suchen wir begeisterte "Baufexe" - lassen Sie uns gemeinsam an Ihrer Karriere "bauen"!

In dieser spannenden Rolle leisten Sie einen wesentlichen Beitrag in einem der größten Infrastrukturprojekte Europas. Am Münchner Bau-Standort agieren Sie zwischen der Projektausführung und dem Auftraggeber, der kein Unbekannter ist, und widmen sich den bauwirtschaftlichen Themenstellungen. Nachfolgende Verantwortlichkeiten zählen zu den Ihren:

Vertragliche Beurteilung komplexer Leistungsabweichungen
Prüfung von Nachträgen hinsichtlich preislicher Berechtigung sowie Angemessenheit
Ausformulierung von Stellungnahmen zu Nachträgen
Vertragsrelevanter Schriftverkehr mit den wesentlichen Stakeholdern
Gesprächsführung und Moderation von Besprechungen
