Das CRM ist ein zentrales Tool bei deinem neuen Arbeitgeber. In dieser Rolle hast du die Chance, spannende Projekte zu übernehmen und in die Tiefen des Systems einzutauchen. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team bringst du das CRM und angrenzende Applikationen ins nächste Level.
Dabei übernimmst du nach einer intensiven Onboarding-Phase nach und nach folgende Tätigkeiten:
- Instandhaltung und technische Weiterentwicklung des CRM-Systems (MS Dynamics 365)
- Durchführung verschiedener Projekte im CRM-Umfeld
- Enge Abstimmungen mit internen Fachbereichen (IT, Marketing und Vertrieb)
- Kooperation mit externen Partnern
- Laufendes Testing der Changes
- (IT)-Support für Key-User
- Durchführung von Mitarbeiterschulungen
- Erste Berufserfahrung in der IT, vorzugsweise im Applikationsbereich (Support, Betreuung, etc.)
- Kenntnisse eines CRM sind von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend notwendig
- Gutes Prozessverständnis, hohe IT-Affinität
- Offene und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
- Fließend Deutsch- und Englisch
- Umfangreiches Onboarding im Team
