In dieser Rolle bist du Teil eines gut eingespielten, neunköpfigen Teams, das im Schichtdienst rund um die Uhr für sichere und flüssige Mobilität auf Österreichs Straßen sorgt. Du koordinierst Informationen, überwachst die Verkehrslage und trägst mit deinem Einsatz wesentlich zur Qualität und Sicherheit im Verkehrsfluss bei. Zu deinen Hauptaufgaben zählen:
- Drehscheibe für Informationen: Du koordinierst verkehrsrelevante Informationen intern und extern und sorgst für verständliche und zeitgerechte Verkehrsmeldungen sowie Prognosen
- Verkehrslage im Blick: Du überwachst laufend die aktuelle Verkehrssituation und setzt bei Bedarf steuernde Maßnahmen – auch proaktiv durch Vorschlag alternativer Routen
- Verantwortung für Qualität: Du dokumentierst relevante Ereignisse, erstellst Reports und sorgst dafür, dass Informationsprozesse hohen Standards entsprechen
