- Führung und Personalverantwortung für die Teams im Bereich Lager und Kommissionierung (rund 50 Mitarbeitende)
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der logistischen Abläufe – mit dem Ziel, Effizienz, Prozesssicherheit und Servicequalität nachhaltig zu steigern
- Gesamtverantwortung für den Warenfluss: von der Anlieferung durch Industriepartner über die sachgerechte Lagerung und Kommissionierung bis zur termingerechten Verteilung an Cross-Docking-Stationen sowie direkt an die Kunden
- Organisation und Überwachung von Lagerinventuren inklusive lückenloser Dokumentation
- Mitgestaltung der Logistikstrategie durch operative und strategische Budgetverantwortung sowie laufendes Monitoring und Reporting relevanter Kennzahlen (KPIs)
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Fachrichtung Logistik, idealerweise Studium
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Führungskraft im Logistikbereich
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Fundierte SAP-Kenntnisse und hohe Technikaffinität
