Führungsverantwortung für die Teams im Lagerbereich
Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der logistischen Abläufe mit dem Ziel, Effizienz, Prozesssicherheit und Servicequalität nachhaltig zu steigern
Gesamtverantwortung für den Warenfluss - von der Anlieferung über die sachgerechte Lagerung bis zur Auslieferung an die Kunden
Organisation und Überwachung von Lagerinventuren inklusive lückenloser Dokumentation
Mitgestaltung der Logistikstrategie, Budgetverantwortung sowie laufendes Monitoring und Reporting relevanter Kennzahlen (KPIs)

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Fachrichtung Logistik, idealerweise Studium
Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Führungskraft im Logistikbereich
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Fundierte SAP-Kenntnisse und hohe Technikaffinität

Du bist eine empathische Führungspersönlichkeit, die sowohl im Austausch mit dem Konzernmanagement als auch im direkten Kontakt mit den Mitarbeitenden im Lager überzeugt.
