In dieser vielseitigen Position übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle in der Weiterentwicklung und Steuerung des Produktportfolios im Bereich Krankenversicherung:
- Als Produktexpert:in bist du erste Anlaufstelle für Ad-hoc-Anfragen rund um bestehende Produkte. Du strukturierst das Wissen und gibst es weiter – etwa durch den Aufbau einer Wissensdatenbank oder Workshops und Schulungen.
- Du beobachtest Markttrends, erkennst Wachstumschancen und leitest daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab. Gemeinsam mit interdisziplinären Teams entwickelst und implementierst du innovative Produktlösungen und begleitest deren Markteinführung.
- Dabei übernimmst du Verantwortung für die konzeptionelle und projektbezogene Produktarbeit. Du erkennst Optimierungspotenziale, initiierst Anpassungen an Markt- und Kundenbedürfnisse und gestaltest aktiv die Customer Journey aus Produktsicht.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Health, Jus, Wirtschaftswissenschaften o.Ä.
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Bereich der Krankenversicherung oder in einem gesundheitsnahen Umfeld
- Begeisterung für das Gesundheitswesen, Engagement und hohe Lernbereitschaft
