Sie werden zur Schlüsselperson bei der Einführung und Umsetzung der IRIS-Norm (ISO 22163) im Unternehmen. Gemeinsam mit dem Qualitätsleiter und der Geschäftsführung sorgen Sie für eine erfolgreiche Zertifizierung des Unternehmens.
Ihre Aufgaben im Überblick:
- Steuerung und operative Begleitung des IRIS-Zertifizierungsprojekts
- Unterstützung der Teamleiter bei normkonformer Prozessdokumentation und Umsetzung
- Mitwirkung bei internen Audits sowie Identifikation und Umsetzung von Prozessverbesserungen
- Erstellung, Aktualisierung und Pflege relevanter QM-Dokumente (z. B. Risikoanalysen, Kennzahlen, Schulungsunterlagen)
- Technische Ausbildung oder fundiertes technisches Verständnis
- Ausbildungen und Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement – mit Schwerpunkt auf interne Abläufe und Prozessmanagement
- Erfahrung mit der IRIS-Norm (ISO 22163) – z. B. aus Einführung, Auditvorbereitung oder Prozessverantwortung
- Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und hohe Umsetzungsstärke
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Zentrale Rolle mit Gestaltungsspielraum: Sie treiben die IRIS-Zertifizierung maßgeblich voran und gestalten Prozesse aktiv mit
