In deiner neuen Position bist du die Schnittstelle zwischen Entwicklern, Projektmanagement und Kunde und führst alle auf einen gemeinsamen Weg.

Deine neue Rolle bietet dir viel Gestaltungsspielraum und Verantwortung:

Du verstehst es, die richtigen Fragen zur richtigen Zeit zu stellen, um Anforderungen zu erheben und diese anschließend für die Entwickler entsprechend aufzubereiten
Mit Fingerspitzengefühl kommunizierst du innerhalb des Projekts mit allen Beteiligten und findest eine gemeinsame Lösung für Problemstellungen
Du behältst den Überblick über alle Anforderungen und treibst deren Umsetzung voran
In Workshops und Meetings bist du Moderator und stellst sicher, dass keine Punkte ungeklärt bleiben
Kunden berätst du auch hinsichtlich Methodik innerhalb von Softwareprojekten

Um in deiner neuen Position durchzustarten, bringst du Folgendes mit:

technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Uni oä)
sehr gutes Verständnis von technologischen Basisprinzipien (ER-Diagramme, Datenstrukturen, Use Cases ect)
Erfahrung im Stakeholdermanagement
Kommunikationsstärke
sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Reisebereitschaft ca. 10%
