Von Stammdatenpflege und Wareneingängen bis hin zum termingerechten Versand der Ware behalten Sie den Überblick über Logistik- und Materialprozesse. In enger Abstimmung mit Produktion und Lieferanten sorgen Sie für einen reibungslosen Ablauf, übernehmen die Terminkoordination und stehen internen sowie externen Stakeholdern als Ansprechpartner:in zur Seite. Vertretungsweise übernehmen Sie zudem die Fakturierung inkl. vorbereitender Buchhaltung sowie Aufgaben im Einkauf. Ein besonderes Plus: Sie wirken aktiv an einem spannenden Nachhaltigkeitsprojekt mit!

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK/HLW, oÄ)
Berufserfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung und/oder Logistik - idealerweise im Produktionsumfeld
Organisierte, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und lösungsorientierter Umgang
Stressresistenz und Freude an der Kommunikation mit Kunden und Partner:innen
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, ProAlpha von Vorteil
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
