In dieser verantwortungsvollen Rolle fungierst du als Hauptansprechpartner für die Kunden und bist für folgende Aufgaben zuständig:
- Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei der Implementierung, Anpassung und Optimierung von SAP SuccessFactors Lösungen.
- Konzepterstellung und (Teil-)Projektleitung bei Einführungen von SuccessFactors
- Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops für Kunden und interne Teams.
- Unterstützung bei der Identifizierung von Optimierungspotenzialen und Best-Practice-Ansätzen.
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung der SAP-Expertise am Standort Österreich
- Mind. 2 Jahre nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Implementierung und Anpassung von SAP SuccessFactors Lösungen.
- Fundiertes Verständnis von HR-Prozessen und -Best Practices.
- Starke Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten.
- Hohe Eigenverantwortung und proaktive Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Dynamisches Umfeld und flache Hierarchien
